Dudley Youth Council were invited to take part in an event called TraffickHack18 earlier in the year.
This was a hackathon led by young people in Dudley, UK and Kampala, Uganda offering reflection on human trafficking issues.
The Hackathon was organised by New Union a not for profit organisation that mixes civic activism, digital design, and community development to develop innovative citizen-led projects for Local Government and the third sector. Their aim is to empower people while helping organisations deliver a better service to the communities they support.
